For people carrying extra body fat (visible belly, love handles). You'll still build muscle, but fat loss is your top priority. Perfect if you're overweight or want to lean down first.
Build muscle and strength
For naturally skinny people who struggle to gain weight. You'll build muscle mass as your main focus. Don't worry - you won't get fat following this plan, you'll actually improve body composition.
Body Recomposition
For intermediate/advanced trainees or those in the middle (not too fat, not too skinny). Build muscle AND lose fat at the same time with equal priority. Best if you already have training experience.
