The Coach

Mike is a certified strength and conditioning specialist with years of hands-on experience training clients of all levels. His expertise lies in body recomposition, helping people build lean muscle while reducing fat through structured and progressive training methods.

Within the program, Mike designed the Body Recomposition Workout Plan and the adaptive training progression system. He also developed the tracking framework that helps users identify what works best for their individual bodies.

The Nutritionist

The Nutritionist

Ethan is a licensed nutritionist with a strong background in sports performance and hormonal health. He has worked with athletes, professionals, and fitness enthusiasts to optimize metabolism, digestion, and energy using evidence-based nutrition strategies.

In this program, Ethan created the Hormone-Friendly Nutrition Protocol, a whole-food, performance-oriented meal structure that enhances testosterone levels, gut health, and overall vitality. He also refined the sleep and hydration routines to make sure everything works together for consistent, sustainable results.

I’m the founder of Gym College and the creator of this program. My background combines fitness, nutrition, and human biology, and I’ve spent years studying how daily habits influence testosterone, energy, and long-term performance.

My main goal was to bring together training, nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle optimization into a single, easy-to-follow system that produces real and lasting change. I believe in making science simple and helping people regain their energy, confidence, and strength naturally.

Ethan is the one who somehow knows everything about food. He’s the person you ask when you’re not sure if your “high-protein snack” actually has any protein.


He keeps our nutrition side realistic and makes sure we don’t overcomplicate things. He handled most of our nutrition and supplementation protocols and also helped fine-tune the sleep and hydration routines to make sure everything works together smoothly.
